QuadReal Seeks Sustainability Solutions through Project Greenlight

As one of Canada’s largest real estate companies, QuadReal Property Group manages more than 40 million square feet of real estate nationwide. One of its biggest uncontrolled expenses is damage from water leaks. QuadReal has issued a Targeted Call through the Project Greenlight platform for a Leak Detection and Prevention Challenge. QuadReal’s second challenge on Project Greenlight is for digital clean technology. This could be solutions that improve connectivity and digital security or occupancy tracking systems. Solutions must support QuadReal’s efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of its Canadian operations by 80% by 2050 while lowering operating and/or maintenance costs.

Project Greenlight is a demonstration platform that brings public and private enterprises together with innovators to rapidly source, screen, and onboard sustainability solutions.
